This page introduces SysFlare WebProtect. You can run a free public-homepage audit and submit a monitoring setup request. We do not collect payment details or activate a subscription on this website.

When you browse

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser fingerprinting to this information site. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. Infrastructure request logs may include network addresses, timestamps, requested paths and response status.

The Pi website service retains rotated access logs for up to 14 days. Query strings, cookies and request bodies are not included in its access log. Cloudflare handles its own service records under its policies.

Website monitoring

Monitoring customer websites is a separate service. Coverage, retention, authorized access and report delivery will be agreed before a customer site is connected. A network address does not establish an individual’s identity.

Your free audit

With your confirmation that you own or manage the site, we request its public homepage and check HTTPS and browser-protection headers. We do not log into your website, crawl its other pages, or scan private systems. No email is required to see your report. Audit results and a random request reference are retained for up to 24 hours; a result may be reused for up to one hour. Your browser keeps the report reference in page memory only. Reloading the page starts a new session.

Setup requests

If you choose Connect Now, we collect your name, email, optional business name, website platform, monitoring preferences, optional agent platform, authorization confirmation and the audit report. These go to the private SysFlare dashboard and owner’s Text inbox for review and setup follow-up. Website ownership and email are self-declared until separately verified. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details or other secrets.

Setup requests are retained for up to 30 days in the request queue and its dedicated Text notifications. The owner may separately agree on a service record with you when setup proceeds. No automatic email, marketing subscription, charge or monitoring activation occurs. Only the submitted website’s public homepage is checked; audit scores are limited configuration observations.

Abuse prevention

A keyed digest of the connection address is kept for up to 24 hours to limit repeated requests. This is separate from the infrastructure access logs described above. Request bodies and contact details are not written to the web access log. The audit and setup APIs are not cached.
